I'm Nick Bartlett. I build things from zero.

I solo-built ICDCodes.ai — an AI medical coding tool that grew to 100K+ returning users and 300M+ organic impressions in under a year. No ad spend. Just a product that solved a real problem and a distribution strategy that compounded.

I am co-founder and CTO at Showrunner, where we build AI-powered virtual production tools for film and TV. Our pipeline won NAB Product of the Year in 2023. We've made multiple shows and have run the technology on many virtual production sets.

Before that, I built the product team at Ironhack from scratch and helped raise a $20M Series B. I helped scale Trilogy Education from zero to $100M+ ARR and a $750M acquisition by 2U. I started at IBM, where I built the ibm.com marketplace from the ground up — 100K+ pages across 60+ countries.

The throughline: I'm a 0→1 builder. I like the phase where nothing exists yet and you have to figure out what to make, how to make it, and whether anyone cares. That's the part I'm good at.
